Brian Schaefer
Born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio, Brian graduated from Hawken High School in 1997. Following Hawken, he went on to earn a bachelor’s degree in History from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and after three years working in finance, Brian moved back to Cleveland and received an MBA from Case Western’s Weatherhead School of Management in 2007.
Brian has been with Troymill since 2004. Initially hired in a business development role, Brian came to the company with significant experience in the lumber and pallet business, having grown up involved in the family enterprise. Brian was named CEO in 2015, and his leadership at Troymill has been marked by a focus on quality, sustainable growth, and serving both customers and the community, further establishing Troymill as one of the largest pallet and lumber companies in the Midwest.
Marvin Schaefer
A Cleveland native, Marvin graduated from the University of Pittsburgh in 1968, concentrating in chemistry, physics, and biology. After serving in the U.S. Army, Marvin began his career as a Foreign Exchange Trader and International Loan Officer at Society Bank (now KeyBank) before dedicating over fifty years to the lumber business. As Chairman of Troymill, Marvin draws on his finance background and belief in fundamental values—integrity, accountability, and focusing on the basics—to guide the company’s sustained growth. He is known for his strong commitment to building lasting relationships and ensuring that every promise is honored, a principle that shapes Troymill’s reputation and enduring success.
Keith Grinberg
Keith grew up in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and attended Kent State University, where he graduated in 1981 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. A CPA, he practiced accounting with Price Waterhouse and then with a regional accounting firm for ten years before becoming a corporate lender for Society Bank (now Key Bank), and subsequently with SS&G Financial Services for ten years. As the General Manager at Troymill Wood Products, Keith assists in all facets of operations, sales, and administration. He enjoys working in the wood products industry -most especially working with the Amish Community – and having an impact on the diversity of Troymill’s growing business. Keith strongly believes in honesty, integrity, and exceeding expectations. The key to success in business, Keith affirms, “Don’t make a promise you can’t keep. And work hard to exceed an expectation.”
Jesse Kleinman
Mike Schaefer
Born and raised in Cleveland, Mike brings over 20 years of experience in pharmaceutical services to his role as Vice President and Head of Sales and Marketing at Troymill. Throughout his career, Mike has led sales and business development teams at global research and consulting firms, partnering with clients from leading pharmaceutical companies to emerging biotech innovators. Known for his unwavering customer focus, responsiveness, and drive for innovation, Mike leverages his commercial expertise to help guide Troymill’s continued growth. His strong work ethic and commitment to building lasting relationships make him a valuable asset to the Troymill team and its customers.
Jackie Stimac
Jackie grew up in Chesterland, Ohio and has been an avid sports fan her whole life. She graduated from Baldwin Wallace University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting. She also played college volleyball. She is a CPA and has worked for SS&G, Inc. and BDO USA, LLP for nearly two decades as a business advisor to her clients in the manufacturing industry. Dedication and hard work are qualities that Jackie has always lived by and feels that these are key components in growing and keeping long and lasting customer relationships.
Bob Raymond
Director of Inside Sales
Born and raised in Austintown, Ohio, Bob began his career in the automobile industry, spending seven years in sales before advancing to a buyer role. He joined Troymill Wood Products in 1991 as a salesperson and later expanded his responsibilities to include purchasing, a dual role he has successfully balanced for more than three decades. Focused on growing sales and enhancing team competitiveness through strategic purchasing, Bob plays a key role in supporting Troymill’s long-term success. Over the years, he has been active in several organizations, including the National Purchasing Managers Association, Austintown Growth Foundation, Austintown Touchdown Club, and the Youngstown Rugby Club.
Allan Leuchtag
Born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio, Allan brought years of experience in military and industrial packaging, as well as two decades in the lumber industry, when he joined Troymill as a sales leader at the company’s founding. Today, as Director of Sales, Allan manages relationships with key customers, taking pride in delivering exceptional service and building lasting partnerships. His deep industry knowledge and regional network have been instrumental in Troymill’s growth and success, and his longstanding commitment to the company has made him a trusted resource for colleagues and clients alike. Allan remains passionate about putting customer service first and continues to play a vital role in supporting Troymill’s values and vision.
Tom Fiest
A Vienna, Ohio native, Tom began his career in the hardwood industry shortly after graduating from Mathews High School in 1972, starting as a laborer at Fiest Hardwoods. After attending grading school, he was named Lumber Inspector in 1976 and went on to serve as Plant Manager until 2000. His expertise led him to a lumber buying role at Nilco, before joining Troymill as Lumber Buyer in 2010. Outside of work, Tom enjoys golfing, cheering on the Cleveland Guardians, and spending time with his wife, three children, and six grandchildren.
Tiffany Harcelrode
Tiffany Harclerode is the Human Resources Director at Troymill Wood Products, where she oversees all aspects of HR with a focus on people, process, and continuous improvement. Since joining the company in 2010, she has taken on increasing responsibility, ultimately moving into her current leadership role after earning her associate degree in human resources and accounting.
Tiffany also holds a bachelor’s degree in Art Education from Kent State University, and she brings a creative, grounded approach to communication, problem-solving, and team support. She is known for her approachable style, strong sense of integrity, and practical, solutions-focused mindset. Whether refining company policies or supporting employee development, Tiffany is committed to building a workplace that’s both effective and people-centered.
Robyn Grinberg
Born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio, Robyn graduated from Miami University with a degree in Accounting. As a CPA here in Cleveland, she worked at Ernst & Young and KeyBank before joining the Troymill team. Robyn is the definition of a team player – hardworking, helpful, and focused, and is always available to lend a hand to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner. She believes in building collaborative and lasting working relationships and is ready to go the extra mile to make sure the job is done right.
John Reese
Born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio, John earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from Cleveland State University before beginning a sales career in the brick and forest products industries. He joined Troymill in 2010 with over 30 years of experience, specializing in new business development for pallet programs and industrial lumber solutions across multiple industries. Known for his deep product knowledge, customer focus, and commitment to exceeding expectations, John has built lasting partnerships that support Troymill’s continued growth. A passionate Cleveland sports fan, he also enjoys golf and spending time with his family and grandchildren.
Michael Leuchtag
An Ohio State University graduate with dual degrees, Michael began his career at Troymill Wood Products immediately after college and has dedicated 25 years to the company. As a Senior Account Manager, Michael specializes in building strong client relationships and crafting personalized customer programs tailored to each client’s unique needs. Known for his commitment, attention to detail, and customer-first approach, he is a trusted partner to the businesses he serves. Outside of work, Michael is an avid sports enthusiast who enjoys golf, football, and pickleball.
Bill Suich
Bill was born and raised in Youngstown, Ohio, and has spent most of his life in Columbus. A graduate of The Ohio State University, he has over 40 years of experience in the Forest Products Industry, working in both distribution and representing lumber and plywood mills. For the past 13 years, Bill has been covering the Central Ohio region for Troymill. Outside of work, he is a dedicated sports fan and rock ‘n’ roll enthusiast.
Wesley Wiltrout
Born and raised in Cortland, Ohio, Wes earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Kent State University. Before joining Troymill in 2022 as a sales representative, he spent eight years gaining experience in sales, accounting, and marketing with a packaging supplies manufacturer. Wesley now serves as AR Clerk & Safety, responsible for accounts receivable/payable and leading safety training and procedures. He is dedicated to ensuring quality, consistency, and reliability in every aspect of his work, and enjoys following Cleveland sports and spending time with his wife and three children.
